Services Provided
JK Properties Wales provides landlord support, property management assistance, and project coordination services across South Wales.
Services may include full property management, tenant find, tenancy management, property visits, arranging trades, key handling, coordination of works, and general landlord support.
Rent Smart Wales Licensed Agent: JK Properties Wales holds a Rent Smart Wales agent licence (Licence No: F6-002-03594) and is authorised to provide full letting and property management services across Wales.
No Legal Advice
JK Properties Wales does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Where legal, tax, mortgage, licensing, or specialist advice is required, clients must seek appropriately qualified professionals.
Client Responsibility
The landlord remains fully responsible for their property, tenants, legal compliance, and decision-making at all times. JK Properties Wales acts on client instruction and provides support, but does not assume legal responsibility for property ownership obligations.
Fees & Payments
Fees for services will be agreed in advance. Payment terms will be confirmed before work begins. One-off support services must be paid as agreed before or upon completion unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of Liability
While all reasonable care is taken, JK Properties Wales is not liable for:
- Actions or work carried out by third-party contractors
- Delays outside of our reasonable control
- Loss of rent, profit, or indirect losses
- Decisions made by landlords or tenants
Our role is to assist and coordinate, not to guarantee outcomes.
Third-Party Contractors
Where trades or contractors are arranged, they are independent third parties. JK Properties Wales is not responsible for their work, pricing, or outcomes. Any warranties or guarantees are those of the contractor.
Insurance
JK Properties Wales holds appropriate business insurance, including public liability and professional indemnity cover.
Changes to These Terms
